2. Shipping, Transit Timelines, & Risk Management

We manage the fulfillment of our horticultural equipment to customers residing within European jurisdictions in strict accordance with standard international mercantile practices.

  • Logistics Partners: All orders are dispatched utilizing premium fulfillment solutions provided by established global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Transit Estimates: Standard shipping timelines to European destinations typically span 5 to 12 business days following order dispatch.
  • Tracking Notifications: Our system automatically dispatches status updates to your registered email address during key operational stages, including initial dispatch, arrival at primary transit hubs, and local delivery deployment.
  • Transfer of Risk and Ownership: In compliance with European consumer protection directives, the legal risk of loss or damage to items remains with GREEN SPADE PTE. LTD. during transit. Risk transfers to the Customer only when you, or a designated third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the product.
  • Extended Transit Remediation: Should a shipment exceed the standard estimated delivery timeline, we will immediately initiate a formal trace investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings, we will promptly issue a replacement shipment or a full transaction refund to fully remedy the delay.

3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EEA & European Return Rights)

If you reside within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you possess a statutory, unconditional right to withdraw from this contract.

  • Withdrawal Period: The statutory withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a designated third party, acquire physical possession of the final item in your order.
  • Notification Protocol: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision via an unequivocal written statement emailed to stainless@steelpourgarden.com prior to the expiration of the 14-day window.

4. Defective, Faulty, or Damaged Items

While we rigorously verify the structural integrity of our stainless steel items prior to dispatch, customers are fully protected by standard consumer warranties against transit damage or functional deficits.

  • Reporting Protocol: Please contact our support team at stainless@steelpourgarden.com within a reasonable timeframe following delivery. To expedite your remedy, please provide your order number alongside verifiable photographic or video evidence documenting the exact damage or deficit.
  • Fulfillment of Remedy: Upon successful validation of the submitted evidence by our support team, we will arrange for either a complete replacement to be dispatched or a full refund of the purchase price. You will not be required to return the damaged item once sufficient photographic verification has been validated.

5. Pricing & Contract Formation

  • Transparent Pricing: All prices listed on our Site are displayed clearly and exclude arbitrary, hidden, or post-purchase fees.
